It is an honor to participate in this competition for the first time, especially being a NARUTO-themed event. Although I was puzzled by the workflow that is different from usual, I believe that I had fun while sculpting.
INTERVIEW
- Please tell us why you became a figure sculptor.
- I participated in a certain sculpting event during my student days, and from there, I gradually started getting work through introductions from the people I met. That's how I got to where I am today.
- Please tell us why you decided to sculpt your particular character.
- I wanted to create a cool female character, so I chose Tsunade, who has impressive scenes with her martial arts skills. Also, there are usually more male characters, so that played a role in my decision.
- What specific part of your work would you like people to pay attention to this time?
- It would be the twisting roundhouse kick. I would be happy if you could feel the flow leading up to the kick.
